speaking is one of four skill in mastering English, in speaking is needed good pronoun, grammar and words correctly in order the students can speak up well but most of them don't want to speak up they think it is very difficult to learn, so they just learn the writing skill, how the the teachers make them happy in speaking? there are many method who the teachers use to practice the students' speaking achievement, such as have them speak in front of the class by using their book, or just speak up.
he or she can use circle around to practice their speaking. it is used to develop not only their speaking but also their braveness. its way is have the students make groups, a group consist of 10 or more after that have them to make circle the first group is as out circle and second group is as inside first group. the students must face each other and they can begin their speaking according the lesson, every a minute, inside circle must turn around as compass.
make them happy and it can make them fun and relax but they can practice their speaking.

flashback

many students always forget the English subjects which they learn before (last day). its factor is they had not received all of them yet. after they go home from school. and they decide to learn them at home, they get difficult things that they learn by themselves. so before the the teacher begins his or her lesson, he must stimulate it to make them memorizing it last day.
we call it "flashback lesson" the teacher can use it with different ways such as he can use games, debating. etc it's hoped that they are not bored and they can memorize last lesson well, so they can be happy in learning English. after that he can continue his lesson without the burden. the learning is successful.

other languages

playing snake and leader

in elementary school, mostly students like playing games especially for first until third grade. to teach English successfully, the teacher can give them learning English by playing games, such as guess the words, connecting words, cross words and many more. all of them can make them not only happy but also they can receive the lesson well.
one of them is "snake and leader" it is made simply and it can be done all of them, by dividing them into some small of group in order they have a group, after that he or she can play its game but before play the game the teacher has to give them what subject he want to teach then he or she ask one of each group to come forward and the teacher can start it. which group can reach the top of snake and leader's board firstly? that is the winner.

telling story

after having receiving other lessons such as, math, social, saint, java language, the students feel tired and their brains do too, after those lessons, they are hungry, thirsty and so on. usually English language is placed after those lessons. by using their little power of brain and health, they receive English as possible as they can, they force it by them selves in their brain it causes their other lessons are very messy so that they can not feel happy to learning English.

so the teacher have to give them fresh situation in order they feel fresh, happy, interesting in learning English, before he/she start the English lesson, he/she can ask them about their subjects before and ask their feeling then have the students listen after that the teacher tell a story, the stories such as, funny story, legend story, tail story and so on. the teacher can look for those stories from magazines, English newspaper and so on, the teacher tell the story slowly in order they can feel relax and after that he/she can continue with fresh condition.

make good notes

sometimes the students feel confuse when they are asked by their teachers to write the written for somethings. after the teachers give explanations, he usually have them make their notes by their own words but they always write wrong written, it's mean that their words are mostly false. this is the teacher's problem, he has to give the simple note and he say its spelling in order they can understand and know not only the written but also its meaning and spelling

the person before becomes the teacher, he has to take formal education, he must enter in university or another institution. it's hoped the teacher know the methods and the subjects in learning English, not only that the teacher can be received in formal educations such as in elementary school, junior high school or senior high school and the teacher has skill educations in learning

behave friendly

some of English teachers usually feel their selves like "king" at the school especially in the classroom in order the students are afraid of them and they author what they say but they do not feel comfort in learning English, the students just obey their commands but do not feel happy and understand the lesson. the teachers should not be like that, they have to know what the students want, feel, need. the teachers must company or help the students if they feel bored and get difficulties in learning English so the students feel their teachers are kind and familiar.

guess words

some of the students not only in junior high school but also in elementary school are less vocabularies, they don't want to memorize them and they will get difficulties if they are asked by their teacher to memorize. they always feel boring to memorizing them. in learning English, vocabularies are very important not only in writing but also in speaking, listening, reading, without vocabularies, they can not understand English and author them and they will be left by the other friends who have mastered them.
in order they can master vocabularies, the teacher often give them some vocabularies in every lesson, he can use hidden words. to have them memorize them, he writes the words on the blackboard after then they are asked to read five times or more then the words are erased and the teacher writes that words (the words which on the blackboard) on some pieces of paper, next the students are asked to guess that words.

connecting game

many students always get bored if the teacher have them make simple sentences. however they have been thought directly and as simple as possible by him/her, they will say "they are very difficult, mom" and they will spend their time just for arranging the simple sentence, not only that the teacher will waste her time, too. to make them happy and in order the lesson can be receive easily. the teacher must create the methods, one of them is connecting game.
connecting game is the game that consists at least 2 student or people where every student must stand in front of the class and must make a word orally, the student who stands in first position he/she is as subject and the other is as verb as we know to make a simple sentence in English at least contains subject and verb. if the teacher have students make it more than two people, so the students which in the third position will as object. and so on

using pictures

to stimulate the students to be happy in learning English not only in the formal education but also in the informal education, the teachers must use pictures which base on the real noun to make the students understand it easily and in order they do not get bored. "how it can be?. as we know the real pictures are easier to be able to receive and memorize. the students will feel enjoying in learning English.
if the teacher gives or teaches them a noun "pen", the teacher must show them the real noun is "pen" or he/she show them a picture. and if the students understand what the noun meaning, the learning is successful.

simple way teaching

in elementary school or junior high school English lesson is very difficult to learn by the students.. because they get bored and they think it's not very important in their lives, they are forced to learn it with their boring so that they will be left in their English subject..
